So excited about watching this movie since I have read two books by the author, Phillip Pullman, The Golden Compass is the film adaptation of Northern Lights, the next one is The Subtle Knife.. as compared to the book most of the highlights in the book is also being shown in the movie, with less emotion since readin’ a book is different you could foresee and imagine yourself being in the situation, as they say mind’s imagination is so powerful. I’ve read the book last 2003 and I though it would be a great movie and this 2007 it happened, love the book and love the movie, love the character of Lira her friendship with all the characters except her mom and the monkey wheheh, I also love the bond between Lira and Roger and Uriel as well as Pan, I wish I also have a daemon hehe, well I don’t have daemon but I do have an Angel.. I guess his name is Anthony, after St Anthony coz I usually misplace things and end up praying to the saint..
