second quarter of the month is over… many things had happened..

April

I started my training in sykes for the whole month, I love the group especially the Kulit Guys in fact we we’re 18 in the group, compose of 13 Guys and 5 Girls you wouldn’t imagine how kulit those Guys the team building could be summarized in just one word "CHAOS". After 2 weeks we parted ways and being assigned to 4 sites, Burgundy, RS building, K-pointe and Osma. I came back to OSMA and finished the product training, May and Tesi were my mentor, listening to their calls and have conference call with Tania (in UK) every now and then. How about my Bhe he calls almost everyday making up for the lost time and possible time that we could talk even over the phone. After 2 weeks of product training I was so excited that in MAY I will have my own portfolio and try my very best to prove to Tania ( my manager ) that hiring me is one of the best decisions that she have done (pabibo muna ako hehehe).

MAY

May 1, we don’t have office since it’s Bank Holiday in UK, when I reported to the office on May 2 I do have my spreadsheet and start my soft live calls eventhough I’m not being graded yet Tania gave me my target collection and possibly reduce my past due to 50 percent.. I love Fridays since our Team have Fish activity and that means EATING!!! I’ll make another post just for you guys to meet the whole team… I was so excited handling my own portfolio that Rose our team leader compared my call stats to May which is my team mate in UK but I know having me is a challenge to Tesi and May coz they will compare our stats. But I was a bit nervous coz I might not reach my target our month end is May 26 and I’m still 10% short of my collection.. I even emailed Tania that I’m a bit anxious about it and she replied HAVE FAITH.. and I did reach my target we we’re laughing out loud and Tania was amazed by the results of the month end.. We reached our individual targets and team target and she was stunned by my performance coz compared to the 2 girls I have reduced my past due 90% while they just reduced it 55%. With that in mind Tania gave us the rest of the day off and gave us £20 it’s 2k php. I was so blessed. By the way another important part of this month is that I somehow I was able to patch up things with the person that I had a lil fight for over the year, I didn’t expected that we will be in talking terms again. He even said that what ever problems that I may have feel free to open up. I know this year will be an easy one for me.

June

Here comes the last month of the quarter, this time my training days are over I’ll be formally part of the team and part of the team stats.We we’re looking forward to the summer picnic in 8 waves  in Bulacan, it means that everything will be free from food, to trasportation, tatoo and spa!!!! Since I have my period that day (excuse me for the word, hahaha) I just enjoyed the spa, the food, and the tattoo, the scenery but not the waters! grrrr and guess who’s coming to entertain us the KAMIKAZEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They we’re very kulit in the stage and even sang some popular songs of other bands but out of tune hahaha.. We we’re so tired that day and thanks that we still have Sunday to have rest before starting work again that Monday and that is last week of the month.. This was a easy month for us, we did reach the target and I reduced my past due 70% and an update regarding my UK trip we already have the ticket we will be leaving the country Aug 30 and be back Oct 2, I’m excited since this will be my first trip out of the country.

First and second quarter were so easy I hope that the rest of the year will be GREAT too.. I’ll keep you all posted and share with you the blessings.
